Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:

At Bella Armadi, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.  

Returns:

  • Eligibility:
    • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as sale items and personalized items may not be eligible for return.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    • Please contact us at bellaarmadi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.  
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return.

Refunds:

  • Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.  
  • Refund Amount:
    • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or incorrect item.  
    • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • Items must meet the same conditions as returns (original condition, unused, original packaging).
  • How to Initiate an Exchange:
    • Please contact us at bellaarmadi@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
    • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
    • Customers may be responsible for any price differences and exchange shipping costs.
